Appeal by Tracy Davis from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 26, 2011. By order to show cause dated June 3, 2011, the parties or their attorneys are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal on behalf of the appellant by order on certification of this Court dated May 4, 2011, and dismissing the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved.
