Motion by the appellants Bernard S. Davis and Pentagon Plumbing and Mechanical Corp. to dismiss an appeal by the appellant Steven J. Shaffren from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, March 22, 2011, on the ground that he is not aggrieved by the order.
