DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by William M. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 16, 2011. By order to show cause dated June 3, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 19, 2011, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.
