| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with certain documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 28, 2008, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file the supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with the transcripts of certain proceedings to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to be furnished with certain documents and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be furnished with the transcripts of certain proceedings and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with certain documents is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers explaining the relevance of each document to the issues raised in the pro se supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to serve and file the supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before September 1, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with the transcripts of certain proceedings is granted, and the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall deliver the minutes of proceedings on December 5, 2007, January 9, 2008, February 27, 2008, and March 25, 2008, to the person in charge of the institution wherein the appellant is incarcerated for examination by the appellant; the transcripts shall be returned to this Court when the appellant files the supplemental brief or informs this Court that no supplemental brief will be filed.
