Appeal by Lisa D. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 15, 2010. By order to show cause dated June 2, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-captioned appeal on the ground that the order appealed from was entered upon the default of the appellant.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
