Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 6, 2009, and a resentence of the same court imposed January 13, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until July 22, 2011, and the respondent's brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
