Motion by the Legal Aid Society, counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 6, 2010, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and SHARON W. DASHOW, ESQ. located at

50 COURT STREET, SUITE 702, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 11201 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers.
