Sidy Camara Also Known as Moustapha Magassouba, Defendant.

Motion by plaintiff for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to defendant's application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from orders of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, dated November 10, 2010 and March 11, 2011, which, respectively, denied defendant's CPL 440.10 motion to vacate a judgment dated August 13, 1996 and denied defendant's motion for leave to reargue and renew the CPL 440.10 motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for an enlargement and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the opposing papers are deemed timely served and filed.
