| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 12, 2010, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 2001 for this Court to disregard the fact that the purported order is unsigned, and for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an unsigned order (see CPLR 2219; 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
RIVERA, J.P., FLORIO, DICKERSON and ROMAN, JJ., concur.
