Application by the appellant Marshall Kaminer on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2010, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the appellant Marshall Kaminer to perfect his appeal is enlarged until August 31, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the brief of the appellant Marshall Kaminer must be served and filed on or before that date.
