Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq. sworn to June 28, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the second and third ordering paragraphs of the order of this Court entered April 21, 2011, are hereby amended by deleting the date June 30, 2011, and inserting in its place the date August 31, 2011.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
