Motion by Randall Richards, Esq., counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, rendered January 21, 2009, to be relieved of representing appellant on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to assigned counsel filing a brief pursuant to Anders v California (386 US 738 [1967]).
