Motion by the respondent for leave to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 28, 2010, containing an annual inventory and account for 2004, an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 18, 2005, and annexed petition dated January 30, 2005, an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 21, 2005, and an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 1, 2011, the respondent may serve and file a supplemental record containing the annual inventory and account for 2004, order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 18, 2005, and annexed petition dated January 30, 2005, order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 21, 2005, and order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 2006.
