Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 6, 2011, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to permit Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C. to represent the appellant on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to permit Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C. to represent the appellant on appeal is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
