DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Veronica Covington for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 28, 2011, to modify the order by directing that the father's visitation with the subject child be supervised, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
