Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 21, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child, Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
