Motion by the appellants Ira Wicks and Rockland Tree Expert Co., Inc., to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the appellants Ira Wicks and Rockland Tree Expert Co., Inc., to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 8, 2011, and the record or appendix and the brief of the appellants Ira Wicks and Rockland Tree Expert Co., Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
