An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 16, 2010, and petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of the stay granted by order of the Honorable Edward D. Carni dated January 28, 2011, and extended by order of this Court entered June 20, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Robert J. Gallamore, Esq., filed June 27, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before July 25, 2011, and, if so perfected, the appeal shall be placed on the calendar for the term of Court commencing September 6, 2011.
