Appellant having moved for summary reversal on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 30, 2010, and September 17, 2010, or, in the alternative, for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Carmen Coleman, sworn to June 13, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks summary reversal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before September 19, 2011, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
