Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of Monroe County on June 27, 2011, with the consolidated orders and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 21, 2010, June 15, 2010, and November 4, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq. sworn to July 5, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Richard Glen Curtis, Esq. dated July 6, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals from the April 21, 2010, June 15, 2010, November 4, 2010, and June 27, 2011, orders and judgment is granted and the appeals taken from the orders and judgment entered April 21, 2010, June 15, 2010, November 4, 2010, and June 27, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
