Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 23, 2011, inter alia, to vacate the order.

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is neither appealable as of right or by permission (see CPLR 5704); and it is further,
