Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the time is extended to August 29, 2011 provided, however, that if such is not filed by that date, the right to do so is deemed withdrawn, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the indictment and for further relief is denied.
