DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Paul Stella for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Stella was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 26, 1974, under the name Paul Joseph Stella. By decision and order of this Court dated December 4, 2008, Mr. Stella's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon furnishing the Court with proof that Paul Stella has satisfied the CLE requirement (see 22 NYCRR 691.11-a[c][4]) and rectified his delinquent status with the New York State Office of Court Administration, in addition to providing documentation concerning the status of the treatment of his condition.
