Separate applications by the respondents Pantel Contracting Corp. and Dutchess Mechanical, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 23, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until August 15, 2011, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief in response to the briefs of all respondents shall be served and filed on or before September 1, 2011.
