Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Charles F. Burkwit, Esq. sworn to July 14, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraphs of the order of this Court entered June 6, 2011, are hereby amended by deleting the date July 21, 2011, and inserting in its place the date September 6, 2011.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered April 28, 2010, will be granted.
