| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents to substitute Matthew Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Gary Motelson, for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Gary Motelson. Separate application by the respondents to substitute Elissa Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Brian Motelson, for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Gary Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Brian Motelson.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Matthew Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Gary Motelson, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Gary Motelson; and it is further,
ORDERED that Elissa Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Brian Motelson, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Gary Motelson, as administrator of the estate of Brian Motelson; and it is further,
ORDERED that the caption is amended accordingly.
