ORDERED that Robert P. Guido, Esq., Special Counsel to the Presiding Justice for Grievance Matters, is relieved of his informal appointment as inventory attorney; and it is further
ORDERED that Robert Guido, Esq., is authorized to destroy any remaining files which remain unclaimed; and it is further
ORDERED that Robert P. Guido, Esq., is authorized to deposit and/or file any unclaimed wills related to this matter, which are currently in his possession, with the appropriate Surrogate's Court(s) pursuant to Surrogate's Court Procedure Act §2507 and/or §2508, as may be applicable; and it is further
ORDERED that the Surrogate's Court(s) waive payment of any fee in relation to the foregoing.
