Application by the respondent Carolyn Farrell pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated April 29, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that Carolyn Farrell's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 6, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Carolyn Farrell must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
