ORDERED that the decision and order of this court dated July 20, 2011, which determined a motion by appellant for, among other things, a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered May 3, 2011, is recalled and vacated, and the temporary stay issued on May 5, 2011 is reinstated pending the determination of the motion.
