On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order of this court dated July 14, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 23, 2011, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by September 23, 2011.
