It is Ordered that tenant-appellant's motion is granted only to the extent of directing tenant-appellant to perfect her appeal from the Civil Court order dated November 22, 2010 by no later than the November term - the filing deadline is September 8, 2011. Tenant-appellant's motion is denied in all other respects. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
