| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Welsbach Electric Corporation of Long Island to enlarge the record on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 25, 2011, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the record is enlarged to include the contract contained in Exhibit A annexed to the reply affirmation of Brian Tyrie dated June 9, 2010, which was filed in connection with a motion for summary judgment that was the subject of a motion to renew and reargue, which was determined by the order entered March 25, 2011, and the motion is otherwise denied.
