Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on April 2, 2010, and September 16, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Patricia Curto sworn to July 14, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 26, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 25, 2011, and inserting in its place the date October 11, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 25, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 25, 2011, and inserting in its place the date October 11, 2011.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered April 2, 2010, will be granted.
