Appellant having moved for removal of Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel for appellant and moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on December 22, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael J. Hungerford, Esq. dated June 23, 2011, the affidavit of Edward Treat sworn to June 30, 2011, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and John A. Cirando, Esq., 101 South Salina Street, Suite 1010, Syracuse, NY 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel for appellant for the purposes of this appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Oneida County is directed to provide John A. Cirando, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
