It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that tenants-respondents' motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, and landlord-appellant's cross- motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect its appeal and directing it to perfect the appeal by no later than the December 2011 term - the filing deadline is October 11, 2011. In then event of landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenants-respondents may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
