| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 3, 2010, on the ground that the appellant's whereabouts were unknown and the appellant was not presently available to obey the mandate of this Court, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2011, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before September 23, 2011.
