Motion by Elena Sassower, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated July 8, 2010, which denied her motions, inter alia, to disqualify Justice Iannacci from taking part in the determination of certain appeals. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 26, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
