Appeals by Ainsley M. J. and Ebony C.G. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated February 22, 2011. By order to show cause dated June 23, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated May 11, 2011, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant Ebony C.G., and dismissing the appeals taken by Ebony C.G.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeals by Ebony C.G. are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the assigned counsel for Ebony C.G. is relieved of the assignment.
