Appeals by Ann M. H. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 2, 2011, and May 6, 2011, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 23, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the orders were entered on the appellant's consent.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
