Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael A. Smeader, Esq., sworn to July 20, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to extend petitioners' time to file and serve a brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before December 16, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before January 16, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from this Court's calendar for the term commencing November 28, 2011, and added to the Court's calendar for the term commencing February 21, 2012.
