Application by the respondent Town of Cornwall pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 20, 2011, and March 2, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Town of Cornwall to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 6, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Town of Cornwall must be served and filed on or before that date.
