Motion by Board of Managers of Greencroft Condominium II and Howard Mandelbaum on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all entered July 28, 2011, in effect, to stay enforcement of the payment of outstanding homeowners association dues as directed by one of the orders and to disqualify counsel for Greencroft Homeowners Association, Inc., pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
