Appeal by Joseph Navarro from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 17, 2009. The appellant notified the Court that he wished to file a pro se supplemental brief, and was directed to serve and file the brief on or before July 1, 2011.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's application for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
