DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2010-2935 Q C
Stacey Parker, Respondent, v Corinne Harrigan, Appellant, and Mahendranauth Sukdeo and Neela Sukdeo, Defendants.

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 17, 2010. The ordered denied a motion by appellant Corrine Harrigan for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that, by order dated June 28, 2011, the Civil Court granted a motion by appellant to dismiss the complaint on threshold grounds, thus rendering the instant appeal moot.
