Motion by the plaintiff, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 30, 2010, which determined his motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 2, 2010, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 30, 2008, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
