Motion by the appellant to compel the respondent to pay the bill of costs awarded to her by a decision and order of this Court dated August 11, 2009, which determined appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 4, 2007, and June 5, 2008, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County (see CPLR article 52).
