ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 2, 2011, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
