DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Board of Trustees of Village of Wesley Hills to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 19, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the appellant Board of Trustees of Village of Wesley Hills to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 27, 2011, and the brief of the appellant Board of Trustees of Village of Wesley Hills must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
