Motion by the respondent to strike the appellants' reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 11, 2010, a judgment of the same court dated May 7, 2010, and an order and amended judgment (one paper) of the same court dated September 20, 2010, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Cross motion by the appellants for an award of costs and to impose a sanction upon the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
