DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 3, 2010, and January 7, 2011, respectively. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 17, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 27, 2011, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
